Our Process (and what to expect)

  • When you contact us

    From the first contact, we aim to be the most responsive and informative organization in the roofing industry. Basic information will be gathered, both on the current roofing situation and on your needs. A time will be set that is convenient for your schedule to discuss our proposal to resolve your current roofing needs.

  • When we arrive

    We will begin by reviewing the information we have from our first contact and note any unique situations with your home. This may include a few photographs of the current roofing condition and possible inspection. We will discuss your concerns and priorities with the project to ensure we are able to address your needs as we move forward. Our client consultant will explain our process and what we offer in terms of products, warranty, benefits, financing options, and ensure all questions are addressed concerning our quote for a new roof for your home.

  • Follow up

    We know questions come up the minute we leave your home. We will reach out with a friendly follow up call a few days after our meeting. If you need us at any time, do not hesitate to reach out via email, text, or phone. Upon agreement to allow us to work with you on taking care of your new roofing system, we will meet, sign the contract, address any final questions, and collect the deposit or finalize details of financing. Prior to the big day, we will be in regular contact regarding the install date and what to expect in terms of materials and dumpster being delivered to your home (typically a day or two prior depending on the weather and day of the week.)

  • Day of the Install

    Our crew will arrive around 7am to begin work. The crew will review paperwork to ensure all needed materials have arrived and be in contact with the project manager if they are not yet on site. The tear off will begin to determine if all roof decking is in good condition and is ready for installation of the new roofing materials. Once the roofing system is fully installed we will discuss with you any questions you may have at that time. Clean up is a high priority so we always do our best to leave your property as clean and safe as we find it. Within the next 2 business days we will arrange to pick up or send an invoice for the final payment on the project.

  • Final Follow up

    Upon final payment being settled we will process the warranty for your new roofing system When convenient we will arrange to deliver your warranty information so you have full documentation for your records. Each year we will perform an annual visit for inspection and to remind you that this is a long-term partnership to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your new roof.
